A very durable and well-fitting bag that also fits a slender (175cm 63kg) back. Attaching the water bladder to the inner pocket of the backpack is the only thing that feels awkward, but it's a small minus for an otherwise lifelong backpack.

Does not press shoulders or hips. This also makes you pin enough when you put the straps of the flap close to the corresponding ones, and the size is halved. However, at its largest it is just big enough for short hikes.

Used the bag heavily packed at compressed height. (Approx. 40-45 L) despite being new and not so soft in the straps, no slave or hassle was experienced. It feels like it lasts a lifetime and gets nicer every time you touch it. Side pouches are something to recommend! Convenient for food, ax etc that you want to access easily.

Amazing backpack, very tough material. It's my go to bag now. I really like the metal frame insert it really helps the weight distribution and sturdy ness. I'm impressed with the floating/expandable lid, plenty of room and choice. The only thing that would have been nice is some side external pockets, I've made do without them and there are plenty of options for fitting things to the MOLLE straps. I'm very happy with the side pouches I have started collecting them. They have toggle buckles both sides of the pouches so you can clip a shoulder strap on it and turn it into a a man bag.

A working package. The backpack just seems to be designed for a little bigger / more belly. I am 172cm, 73kg, normal body. There is little room for tightening in the lumbar belt of the bag.

Tested on the Herajärvi tour. Compact and modular. Not a miracle of space, but with side pockets, everything you needed for a three-day hike trip fit this. I saw this as a simple carrier with a surprisingly comfortable position (180cm). A big plus of a detachable hip belt with a side pocket attached to it worked great as a daypack. I recommend, but especially for longer trips requires side pockets. I am confident that this summer will also be successful on the Bear Tour.

Savotta is Savotta, i.e. ten points! Someone says you don’t weigh a lot a lot, but I say you don’t grow a stronger back. This carrier is near perfect.

Good deal with the 2 extra side pouches. The rucksack alone is just a bit too small for any lengthy expeditions but with 2 large side pouches it is absolutely perfect. This deal worked out cheaper than buying separately so it works well for me

One of the best backpacks I ever had. only a minor swirl beneath the molle system (the edges of the material is curly somehow, but it will flaten upon filling)

Definitely the highest quality backpack I have seen and after a few uses it seems worth the money. The only small downside comes from the lack of beverage bottle pockets, etc., which can be found in the little and big brother. Modularity is a big plus when you can customize it for yourself and the length of the trip.

Great backpack and full score of domesticity. Quality is the core bomb's durability. The only problem is the lack of adjustments. The distance between the pelvic girdle and the shoulder straps can in principle be adjusted in the direction of one molle gap or the other, but the attachment is thus no longer so balanced. For this reason, I recommend that you buy Jääkäri XL directly for the long-backed.

Very high quality bag, very well designed, very pleasant on the back, however lacks a little functionality, for example a pocket on the lower side sewn to the bag were welcome. Exist on a much more expensive version. Other superimposed pockets would also be necessary .. see the much better French army F3 bag functionality .. in summary super bag of very high quality but a little basic considering the price.

Best pouches for my backpack. I use it for Jaakari M and L backpack.

Really heavy duty and well made bag. Quality is very very good. The roll top makes it versatile in being a daypack when carrying less stuff and filling it all the way for a multiday hike. In combination with the vertical pouches even more space for longer treks. The bag is comfortable to carry but a very different style in comparison to say a Fjallraven bag.

Having used a few times wearing a backpack I am very satisfied about its features. If something bad should be said, then there should be some system for the tails of the lap belt tension straps so that they do not hang over the knees. The side pockets hold a lot of stuff, even going as a school backpack for children.

This does not improve the modular backbone except being larger or smaller. Fortunately, there are models M and XL. The side pockets give you 6 liters of extra space if the overfill is not enough for all the sausages or you can leave them at home on a short trip.
