Really good insulation when you learn how to attach it to the right tension (leave a 5-10cm air gap from the bottom of the hammock and make sure the edges are closed.)
The hammock must have some insulation at the bottom, and the underblanket itself beats the sleeping pad.
It fits inside the XL sleeve by throwing it and there is still room for a sleeping bag if you want.

This is really good! When the rubber bands of the attachment points are adjusted to the right length, they work and stay in place. The downside is the carabiners that come with the attachment. They're awful. I think one of them broke the spring on the first use. But now they don't really need to support anything heavy, it doesn't hurt that much if the bow matches.

A warm undercoat. A little big in its storage bag, especially compared to Bushmen's thinner Underquilt. It's a bit difficult to get it adjusted to fit the TTTM Compact hammock when it doesn't have any fastening loops etc. But the fastening is done well enough when attached to the TTTM Straps. I don't know how it would work if the hammock was installed only with ropes

It was easy to get a couple attached under a different hammock. It was only used in the summer and early autumn, and it was quite comfortable to sleep in those weathers. This takes up a lot of space, so it's not suitable for filing a gram, we only had this with us on shorter trips.

Just takes a little practice to set up properly, but works wonders for hammock camping. Used it for a night at -4 C and it worked like a charm (once i fixed it properly)

Used 3 nights so far. No complaints. Kept me warm. Not too bulky considering the price. More comfortable than putting a sleeping pad in hammock!

Relatively warm quilt and light. But not optimal for diagonal lay as it is too small - at least for hammocks larger than the regular DD ones. The carabiners that are included to fix the undernlanket to the hammock are a mere joke.

Personally, I managed this winter sleeping bag in 0 weather. On the frosty side, you should probably upgrade to a heavier version. Blankets from other manufacturers are available to stick to the carpet of that package quite easily. The suspension that comes with this underblanket is not the best, the small green carabiner hooks are pretty bad and break down easily in a semi-accident. Fairly cheap to upgrade to slightly higher quality models.
Personally, I like the underlay more than the sleeping pad in the midsole, but the rug gives a good alternative to this as well. Both can be found in cold weather.

The underblanket had been on the mind for a long time and now that I have finally acquired it, it will certainly remain standard equipment in hammocks. The blanket warmed up perfectly with a three-season sleeping bag at zero, and I don’t think I need a sleeping pad anymore for extra insulation. An absolute recommendation, great and warm dreams!

Good underblank but the installation instructions are completely missing so it goes completely improvisation. Otherwise a very good institution. Comes with four DD mini-carbines that are the most useless carbines in the world. Their clip breaks immediately if the hook comes under pressure in the lateral or "wrong direction" of more than 100g. Replace immediately with your own carabiners.
Star cons of poor carabiners and lack of instructions.

When taken from a package, it looks exactly what it is, half of a sleeping bag. The user experience so far is limited to a couple of nights on the balcony (temperature +1 - +3 C) in a relatively modest sleeping bag, but the experience was only positive. It turned out so well that in the spring you dare to try in nature. Yes, winter accommodation is already a bit on the side of extreme species. Tuning an independent one is possible without much effort and there are instructions online if you are in doubt about your own abilities. Good, and practically necessary, shopping in a hammock in the middle of nature for a night out.

Warm! Succeeds in the hanger for summer and probably autumn without any extra mattress. It has gone quite well with the TTTM independent, although then the carabiners on the sides will remain unnecessary. When you slightly tighten the rubber bands around the underlay, the power stays perfectly in place even under a different kind of independent.

There is no previous experience with hanger underlay, but it looks good. Attaching with a basic hanger is simpler. For my own asymmetrical Hennessey rug, I still have to make adjustments, and the carabiner hooks that came with the underblanket didn't convince me, but yes, that's good.

Due to the accumulated user experience, it is time to update the previous product review. According to the manufacturer, this underlay should be compatible with all DD Hammocks hammocks. My own user experience does not support this claim.
I have used this ship felt DD Frontline XL's paired with little success. The underlay is far too short and narrow for a Frontline XL sized (3m x 1.8m) rug. Coverage is poor and insulation performance is poor. The two-meter underlay felt is probably sparse for even the average user. Due to its small size, it is almost impossible to hang the underlay felt so that an insulating layer of air is left between the independent base and the underlay. The larger independent base is so "deep" that it inevitably rests right on the underlay. Thus, the insulation power is non-existent.
Risuja also comes from the underlay felt tightening mechanism. A rubber band with a string lock runs on each side of the blanket, which, when tightened, makes the underlay felt sit more tightly around the independent. However, the cord locks are of poor quality and do not allow them to keep the elastic band taut. The underlay is easily torn from the edges, allowing cold air to get between the blanket and the felt.
Perhaps this underlay blanket works better with a normal-sized Frontline independent. For the user of a larger rug, this product is mainly a nuisance.

Love it! (works perfect on the dd hammocks, but I use it successfully also on a asym hennessy hammock)

I bought Underblanket DD as a frontline friend and the first test night in great summer weather went nicely. The string locks for tightening on the pages of the Underblanke are completely unfortunate rags and I didn’t get to hold them properly. That is, they should be replaced with better ones if similar problems occur. Luckily, the string locks at the ends held up a little better. Attaching an underblank requires testing and adjustment. Mainly a high quality and relatively affordable product. I cannot give a final judgment on the basis of such a short experience.

Easy to use, provides good protection specifically for the cold coming from below, so you can take into account, for example, when comparing the calorific values of sleeping bags in a shopping situation, suitably light, but requires a separate decent compression bag Miel. waterproof.Really good shopping compared to even the hanging double bottom, where the foam strip does not want to stay in the right place anywhere through the night. In addition, it does not collapse so the heat resistance below is maintained at all times. A really good product, I wouldn’t give up this convenience anymore.

On a five-night trip, he ran his errands in the summer. The night temperature always dropped to around 15 degrees. Plus 5 degrees in autumn and it worked. The price-quality ratio is excellent and I can easily recommend it to beginners as well as to those who have already progressed further in the hobby, at least if you move around by bike or paddle and don't mind a couple of hundred extra grams. I myself am 186 cm. The blanket can be modeled a little so that the coverage is just right, but this is completely possible to achieve. Slightly shorter mat players will easily benefit.
