5 stars for the site and service, they even gone out of their way to help me with an ups problem with delivery. The backpack is beautiful, maybe a little smaller than I thought, knowing it I would have bought the kanken 2 laptop 15 which my girlfriend has and is perfect both for all days and traveling. That's a me problem though, not the bag quality nor varuste.

A lovely and stylish backpack that is compact in size, but still eats a huge amount of stuff! I also bought a Kånke organizer, which I can use to keep things in good order. The straps of the backpack remain comfortable even with heavy loads, even though they are a narrow model. Stylish and practical backpack. I have tried many models, but I always go back to Kånken. It’s good to carry and it’s a real miracle of space. The front pocket should be bigger. One star downside because the backpack in a pet home is hard to keep clean. The fabric is such that it properly absorbs all the hair.

The side pocket can only hold a 500ml retail water bottle, for example. Also, the straps on the backpack are surprisingly short if you’re not compact.
