Tip gluing failed after a few weeks of use. The handling of the complaint was unacceptably slow, and there was little response to messages and contacts. When the answers were received, the explanations were unhappy. The shoes were replaced with new ones, so the end result was ookoo. The shoes themselves are good, albeit expensive.

The gluing of the tip failed me too after only a week. The shoe had 2 warranty repairs and both times it came off again within a week.
The third time, when the glues on the soles also started to fail, the shoes were changed.
Otherwise really light, sturdy and comfortable shoes to wear, but obviously they have problems at the factory to maintain the quality.
the shoes have now been in use for more than 2 months. good on foot, but unacceptably poor quality. unnecessary bumps of leather on the soles of the feet wear off the surface of the leather quickly. the quality of the tip leather is far too soft and the leather crumbles easily. If the store has my email stored and any interest in the feedback, please contact me, I can send pictures of the wear so you can think about whether it is worth selling shoes of this quality over 250 euros.
After much deliberation, whether I choose these Meindl or the Salomon Quest 4D GTX Forces, I decided to choose the Meindl and I recommend others to do the same. Here are the best maiharis to date. Supports the foot well, is light, has Gore tex, sits well also wide on the last leg. At first it feels unnecessarily narrow, but after the first times it starts to form well in the foot. I have noticed that the quality of salomons is not at a level that I would like to pay almost the same price as Meindl’s shoes. I have owned Boa’s little brother’s cobras that lasted 2 years in almost everyday use. I recommend!
