— Show originalHi, The tent arches were bent when you arrived, probably stuck in transit under some heavy product.
The arches can be used and I needed them right away and so I didn't return. I tried to gently straighten them by twisting in the opposite direction, but this didn't work without the risk of the pieces breaking.They’re meant to be pre bent, they bend them in the factory to create shape in the tent
