Sufficient information on website, fast delivery and packaged well. Colour of the bag is a little bit different in real life from the product picture but not enough to be a bother, since it depends a lot on computer screen and lightning anyways. The bag is very good for daily use and a good replacement for a purse, straps are also long enough for an adult.

Really beautiful and handy little backpack. The material is of high quality. From the user experience itself enough that the back straps I would have liked to be even longer for a large adult.
