At first, I thought the device was much smaller and completely a tabletop model, until I found this also has a hanging ring. The device has a blue light and a fan like a vacuum cleaner. The weevil goes close to examine the light and when it is close to the light, the vacuum cleaner pulls the weevil into the tank. The catch of the evening can be easily removed by removing the bottom and emptying the tank. The device needs continuous power and the start button is difficult to find without instructions, it is located under the "eaves". The device is quiet and efficient.
