The device is a handy size and easy to use, the flashlight feature is a nice plus. However, if the life of the battery and therefore the entire device is only approx. 18-20 months (relatively light use), as it seems to be now, it is a "nice waste". Personally, I would replace this with e.g. Fenix's E12 lamp and Primus' Poverlighter III lighter. A slightly more expensive option, €15-20, but has been in use for years without problems as long as you remember to change/check the batteries and gas before the trip.

The idea to buy a plasma starter started one windy day when I tried to light a gas burner with a basic starter. After thinking for a while, I ended up with Kaari loomi x2kko. I have now used it on one trip to Lapland. Trangin can be conveniently lit even in windy weather and the telescope provides a nice reach. There are also no problems with lighting paper and firewood. The chips of the tar stump, on the other hand, did not ignite easily, I resorted to colt. So far I'm satisfied, which means it will continue to be used on trips and at the cottage.

With this, you can light almost everything you need. The plasma arc does not go out under any circumstances. Handy to light the flame in the gas cooker in a strong wind. You can't light up spilled embers, but you can light a birch tree.

The first touch gave a toy-like feeling because the surface is hard plastic, I would have expected the body to be more rubbery, so the grip would be better with a damp/wet hand. The LED bulb is useless because a good eräjorma always has better lights, the telescopic arm of the lighter is absolutely useless without it, the lighter would do nothing. Despite the niggling, it's an ok purchase, I don't feel that my money was wasted.

The lighter is marketed as a batch lighter for demanding conditions. In the instructions for use, it is forbidden to handle the waterproof lighter with wet hands. The ignition buttons get stuck in freezing temperatures, so that quite a bit of brute force is needed to turn the device on. If the buttons are pressed, almost nothing happens, because the battery can't withstand freezing. Nice toy, but completely unusable for proper sorting.

Plasma has been praised in many places, but I found it disappointing. When igniting, you have to touch the surface to be ignited, so the tip of the lighter will stick to the tip. In many materials, the ignition power is worse than in a decent liquid gas starter. The best thing is weather resistance

The battery life is good, with damp wood I would have liked maybe a little longer "fire" time. A few times I had to give new plasma to make it light up. The lamp is surprisingly efficient.

It looks like a handy device on the outside. I can't judge the product any more, the experiments were only at home. I know more after I get into the terrain to test in different conditions.

Based on a couple of weeks of user experience, the lighter has met commendably. I have heated the fireplace a couple of times and have used a flashlight for evening walks. I haven't had to download yet, so I can't comment on it. The lighter head cover fastening system is a bit clumsy, but its idea is waterproof, which it presumably handles properly (I haven’t tested). The package comes with a few accessories for carrying the lighter, which I especially liked about the belt case. The quality of the stitches on its belt loop is a bit doubtful, so I don't recommend applying great force to the case while it's on the belt.

Twenty candles lit outside at -10 degrees, at least a handy crank for that job. The light is surprisingly bright.

super storm lighter! Despite the wind or the rain, there is always a flame. autonomy is good for a hike of several days. The lamp is powerful, two intensities possible (But is it useful to have it on the lighter? Its use reduces the autonomy of the lighter accordingly). the grip is pleasant even with wet hands. Small criticism: the charging socket is located at the base of the lighter and it is not protected when using it (no closing cover). Dirt can therefore get inside and you must check carefully before inserting the cable during the next recharge.

Works kind of well. The lamp is a fun addition. The ignition case lever is incredibly rigid and the metal trim on its lid fell off before even the first use and twisted. The UBS gate is also in an annoying place and while the gadget will probably not work when connected, the child will easily pull it off in the heat and start to ignite.
