They seem to work properly according to the initial experience. My hands get warm when skiing, I often "have" to ski with open hands. There was no need to take these gloves off at -8 degrees (though they were already hot at -3 degrees). I've also tried it behind the wheel of a car. The leather reinforcements give a good feel to the steering wheel.

Good grip but not for nordic wintertime. Competent for climbing/belaying.

Good underwear. It feels breathable and works well for brisk outdoor exercise when it's not quite freezing. The cut/model is a bit strange for my own hand, so the index finger and thumb don't fit perfectly, but otherwise very good.

In my opinion, the best liner/middle glove. Warm because it's part merino, durable because it's part leather, but still has enough grip to be able to fiddle with the gloves in your hand.

Really nice gloves for cool, but not too cold weather. The material has become quite wrinkled even with relatively little use, which in itself does not affect functionality or comfort, but the gloves no longer look very clean.
