When skiing, I don't notice the poles, so there is nothing disturbing about them compared to my older One Way poles. The fastening straps have clearly improved and the rod does not shake in the hands from the force of the push like the old ones. Probably the tube is stiffer than before. The disadvantage of carbon fiber is, of course, its sensitivity to bumps. I broke one stick when I fell, or actually it broke when I started to push again after the fall. Apparently he had been hit in the situation.
