A extremely well made bag/pack and a simple functional layout. I believe the top opening could be slightly deeper when using it for travel organisation ie: laptop, phone & documentation or any other quickly required items while traveling. I recently use the bag for 4 weeks while traveling through Sri Lanka & Thailand. Just a personal thing I would change out the plastic clips to metal that attach the shoulder straps to main bag while using as a pack just to reinforce the overall structure of the shoulder attachment. Overall though a simple functional layout & happy with my purchase .
